1. Overview

Welcome to our platform at lucidceo.vip (referred to as “lucidceo”). These terms govern your access to and use of services, informational products and tangible goods provided by lucidceo.

2. High-Level Spiritual Growth Coaching Services

lucidceo offers personalized sessions designed to support business owners in elevating their spiritual journey. To schedule a session, full settlement is required in advance. Sessions may be shifted by notifying us at least 48 hours before the scheduled start via contact form. Any session canceled fewer than 24 hours prior to start is strictly non-reimbursable due to the tailored nature of preparation.

3. Informational Products

Digital materials such as guided frameworks, audio teachings and workplans are available for immediate download. If the digital file remains unopened, you may request a partial reimbursement within 7 days of acquisition by contacting us through contact form. Approved reimbursements are processed back to the original settlement method within 14 days of approval.

4. Tangible Merchandise

Printed manuals and branded items are shipped to the address provided. In the event of damage during shipment, you have 30 days from shipment date to report the issue via contact form. Damaged items must be sent back in original packaging and will be exchanged or reimbursed. Reimbursements are processed back to the original settlement method within 14 days of receipt. Exchanges depend on inventory availability.

5. General Conditions

All requests related to shifting, reimbursement or exchanges must be made through the contact form. Claims made outside the specified timeframes may not be accommodated. We reserve the right to amend these terms at any time; updates take effect when posted.
